My buyer’s were looking to purchase a 1920’s home in Coral Gables for their son who will be attending graduate school at the University of Miami.

Coral Gables May 2013 Sales

During the month of May, 42 homes sold in Coral Gables. Not only was there a decrease in the number of homes sold compared to the previous month but also the price per sqft dropped from $364 to $289. Tour of the Gables 5k 2013

On Saturday May 25, 2013 the Coral Gables Chamber of Commerce will host the 18th annual Baptist Health Tour of the Gables 5k. The race will start at 7:30 a.m. at Merrick Park and will take runners on a scenic tour of Coral Gables.

Medals will be awarded to the top three racers in each age group. There will be complimentary parking available at the Andalusia Parking Garage, west of LeJeune Road. The cost for participating is $30 for pre-registration and $35 on the day of the event for adults; and $20 for pre-registration and $25 on the day of the event for runners under 18 years of age.
