During the month of September 47 homes sold in Coral Gables, slight less than in August. The sale price per sqft also decreased slightly compared to the previous month, however the average sales price increased. Coral Gables June 2013 Sales

During the month of June Coral Gables saw a huge increase in the number of homes sold. 60 homes sold compared to 42 in May.  The average sales price per sqft also increased from $289 to $365 for the month of June. Here are some statistics and a list of what sold in Coral Gables during the month of June 2013.
