Cocoplum an Exclusive Coral Gables Gated Community

The Islands of  Cocoplum is a residential enclave for the well-to-do located in Coral Gables. It is a 365 acre community of luxury homes located on connecting islands.  They are situated between Old Cutler Road and Biscayne Bay just south of the Coral Gables Waterway.  Developed by ARVIDA, which was a subsidiary of Walt Disney Co.,  a Florida resort and real estate developer.   It was founded in 1958 by Artur Vining Davis.
